Shipping & Returns

Free Standard Shipping 

Currently, WellBeings offers free standard shipping on all of our products shipped in the United States. 

Free standard shipping is offered via USPS and takes 5-7 business days, depending on location and product mix. 

*Please note that USPS does not operate on Sunday or federal holidays. For any questions regarding shipping, please email us at support@well-beings.com.

 

Expedited Shipping

In addition to free standard shipping, we also offer 2-day and overnight expedited shipping options, which are presented during the checkout process.

Expedited shipping charges are based on weight of package and shipping location and will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.

Expedited shipping orders are processed same day Monday through Friday until 1 pm Central Time (CT). Expedited shipping orders that are placed after 1 pm CT on Friday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. No Saturday or Sunday delivery available at this time.

 

Additional Information

For all orders over $300, we require a signature for delivery. Please be sure to use an address where someone will be available during the day to accept shipment.

A note about USPS packages: If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.

International Shipping

No international shipping is available via well-beings.com

 

Return & Exchange Policy

No returns will be accepted 30 days after product purchase.

A return request can only be made by the original purchaser who was at least 18 years or older at the time of purchase.

A full refund may be granted only if one or both of the conditions below are met:

The customer has reason to believe an illness occurred as a direct result of product consumption—and the product is returned in a quantity fit for testing (at least one-half original content volume).

The product container was found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to the customer.

 

Other Requests

All other requests for cash refunds, credits towards a purchase, or product exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by a WellBeings customer service representative. The issuance of a refund, exchange, or web-store credit is solely at the discretion of the WellBeings customer service representative handling the request.

 

Request for Refund Procedure

To receive a refund, exchange, or online store credit, a refund request must be emailed to customer service at support@well-beings.com. Please include the product name, a reference or invoice number and reason for the request. Additional information may be requested - including a picture of the product and verification of identity.
